Trustees in London, chaired by Carolyn Walford
The trustees meets at least four times a year to discuss the distribution of funds, new developments to the Project, and any requests or ideas that come from the school committee.
Local board of three people in Changarawe, chaired by Felistas Kalomo
The board, which comprises the school accountant and programme officer, meets monthly and is responsible for the overall running of the school, selection of orphans, and management of the Nigel Lloyd Fund and the micro-finance scheme for women. The board is responsible for the preparation and administration of the quarterly budget.
School committee in Changarawe
Comprised of members of the local community, including the headmistress, the school committee is mainly concerned with the welfare of the children attending the school, and in particular the half who have lost one or both parents to disease (in particular HIV/AIDS or malaria) or other causes.
